Urban Dog Agility (Canine Parkour)

Jump Out Of The BoxLevel 1 – Urban Agility / Canine Parkour

Canine Parkour is a new sport that is a challenging, but fun, physical activity in which dogs learn to interact with their environment. Just like in the human version, in dog parkour we conquer obstacles, such as climbing, balancing, and jumping. Dog Parkour is not a directly competitive sport, but it is a titling event.

  • For dogs 5 months and older.
  • Dogs should have intermediate obedience skills.
  • Working at distance.
  • Working with distractions.
  • Settle for handling.

Dogs are required to be up to date on vaccinations or proof of titer tests.
Dogs should be able to work around other dogs and people without interacting with them.
Dogs should be physically fit.

You will need:
Measurements for your dog:

  • Shoulder height
  • Shoulder width
  • Dog’s length nose to base of tail
  • Elbow height (front feet)
Something your dog can get IN. A box would be easiest (and lightest) for those of you with very large dogs.
